A strong 18 year-old. Biedrins is not a perimeter shooter at this stage but his shot-blocking ability is what draws interest. He doesn't shy from physical play. He went nutso at the Under 18 Championships in Europe averaging 22 points, 14 rebounds, and 4 blocks per game. NBA Insider on ESPN.com says Biedrins has a 34.5 inch verticle leap.
