Brogdon, Malcolm Virginia 6'6" 223 SG SR. Brogdon was the 2015-16 ACC Player of the Year. He is a combo-guard that defends and brings poise and leadership to a team. He averaged 18 points, four rebounds and three assists per game as a Senior. His 2.28-to-1 assist to turnover ratio is impressive. It speaks to his ability to make good decisions with the ball. Brogdon shot 39% 3-pt. as a Senior. He is as close to automatic from the free throw line as it gets (89.7% in 2015-16). ...He is an average athlete by NBA standards (35.5" max. vert.). His 3/4-court sprint time of 3.31 is the same time posted by Aaron Craft, and E'Twaun Moore. ...Brogdon plays with heart. He is a willing defender that posted excellent DEFRTG numbers throughout his four year career at Virginia. He is skilled. He is right handed but he uses his left to finish without hesitation. ...I don't think Brogdon will be star. I see him as a lower-tier starter at the peak of his career. He is a safe, no-nonsense, selection that could add quality depth to an NBA backcourt.
