As a High School Senior in 2003, he scored 19 points and grabbed 17 boards per game. Obtained an agent for the NBA Draft. As a high school junior he nearly averaged a triple-double with 25 points, 17 rebounds and nine blocks. McDonald's All-American in 2003.
