Well conditioned athlete is calm almost to a fault. He can play two (primary), and also handle the ball at the point. He has broad shoulders and he does compete. Doesn't have great quickness. 80% + from the line. Right hander, plays with remarkable poise. He works hard defensively, and can score with a sweet step-back jumper. Gaines is a classy player. I see him more of a two than point guard. His ball-handling skills will need to improve. ...Great strength.
