Can rebound, pass, and block shots, and do it all with a complimentary offensive game, where the shooting percentages are high. 80% Free throw shooter, 53% from the field. This season, he helped lead CSKA to the Euroleague Final Four in Tel Aviv. Originally an early entry candidate for the 2003 NBA Draft before withdrawing his name from consideration. Member of Russian National Team that competed in the 2002 World Championship in Indianapolis. Before that, Khryapa was on the Russian Junior National Team and played in the European Junior Championships in both 2000 and 2002.
