Shaun Livingston - Peoria Central High School. 6'7" 189. Point Guard

Livingston was chosen the Most Valuable Player at the June 2003 NBA Players’ Association Camp in Richmond, Va. ...Was to be bound for Duke but gave-up a future with the Cameron Crazyies to play in the NBA. Livingston underwhelmed in the McDonald's All-Star game but as a 6'7" point guard with skills he is highly thought of. He has fantastic ball-handling ability. He is long and slight. He led Peoria Central to Class AA state titles in both 2003 and 2004 and was named Illinois’ Mr. Basketball in 2003-04. Livingston stands to become the fourth Illinois Mr. Basketball to go straight to the NBA from high school, joining Kevin Garnett, Darius Miles and Eddy Curry. Bernie Bickerstaff says, "We know he will make his teammates better and can pass the ball to whom it needs to get to."

Livingston will likely be the fourth pick. We like him second overall.
