Murray, DeJounte Washington 6'5" 170 SG frosh. Murray is an athletic wing player that has a transition game that is ahead of his shooting at this stage. Murray can take his man off the bounce and he uses either hand to finish. He has good handles. He averaged 16.1 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 4.4 assists, and 1.8 steals per game (second in Pac-12). He will enter the NBA as one of the most fluid athletes to come along.  Murray's game is pretty raw. He takes wild chances with the ball. His 1.37-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio shows that he DOES have good vision but needs to be more selective with his decisions. Murray likes to score and he will jack up shots with the most aggressive of offensive players. He shot only 28% from beyond the college arc. At the free throw line, Murray made 66%. Defensively, Murray's DEFRTG was slightly worse than the Washington team DEFRTG but Murray does have the tools to be a good defender. He plays like a kid; not very interested in fundamental D, relying heavily on his instincts and quickness. ...Murray is NBA ready off the dribble. He shooting stroke will need time to mature. But his upside is tremendous.
