Oliver, Cameron Nevada 6'8" 225 PF frosh. Oliver averaged 13.4 points, 9.1 rebounds and 2.4 blocks per game this season and was named the Mountain West freshman of the year by the media. He has a combination of speed and strength that should interest all NBA teams. Oliver, right now is more of a "beast-four" than a wing, at least on offense. Oliver shot .328 from beyond the college arc which is not up to snuff for a "small-forward". That said, he is very close to being an acceptable three-point shooter, and given NBA reps - he may become a decent deep threat. ...Defensively, Oliver is terrific, with the ability to guard wings or inside players. He led the Mountain West Conference in shot blocking. ...At Grant High School (Sacramento), an ACL injury forced him to miss his junior year but he returned to play 11 games his senior season. ...As long as a team is sure that Oliver's knee is good, I think he should be selected in the NBA Draft.
