| Williams, LaTavious | Tulsa 66'ers | 6'8" | 205 | PF | Williams posted impressive numbers in the D-League in 2009-10. A .644 EFR in any league is nothing to sneeze at. He is very athletic and he improved as the NBDL season progressed. He is from the high school class of 2009. Williams jumped from high school straight to the D-League due to NCAA questions about the amount of credits he made up in one year as a prep. He had signed to play at Memphis but the NCAA probably would not have cleared him until halfway into his freshman season. Williams told Slam Online, "To tell you the truth, I liked college and I think I did a good thing by signing with Memphis,” Williams says. “It was the NCAA in the long run. I had classes I needed to take and I got them finished in one year and I had a 710 on my SAT, but the NCAA was going to take a long time to get me cleared. Money wasn’t an issue, I just wanted to go somewhere to play ball and get to the NBA.” |

Where do I expect Williams to be taken? He most likely will go undrafted.
Our best advice: In 2002 - the 27th pick was Chris Jeffries. We said - "take Carlos Boozer".
Our worst advice: In 2004 - the 27th pick was Sasha Vujacic. We said - "take P.J. Ramos".
